Sub: Complaint aaginst the inferior quality product and defrauding customers
This is to inform you that On 10th April, 2019 I purchased a Car Jack Combo from Naaptol for RS. 2999/- Vide a telephonic order . The order Id for the same is as follows[protected]

I received the product on 13th April, 2019.
On the very same day I registered a complaint with the Naaptol for return of the inferior quality and misleading product.Thereafter return pick was arranged on 15th April and pick up receipt was handed over to me when I returned the product. Moreover, I was informed that refund of money would not be made rather a cash voucher will be received which can be used for further shopping. I was forced to buy a product which is an aggressive selling and an unfair practice under Consumer Law.
Few days later, I called Customer Care for my refund as I was not able to find any relevant product of my choice and also asked for their help in finding right product. I neither got any help nor my refund was given instead I was asked to wait for few more months till a new product of my choice is launched and gets uploaded on the website of the Company. It's the deficiency of services on the Naaptol's part but Naaptol is not ready to give the refund at any cost
This way of pressurising the consumer into buying the product forcefully by restricting their money is utter nonsense and fraudulent practice and conduct on part of Naaptol.
Thereafter on 30th April, Finally to get away with this problem of refunds and calling and getting frustrated and irritated. I decided to utilise the money and therefore, selected two products each of Rs. 1499 and Rs. 1499 from the site after facing so many difficulties.
To finally let go this problem I called and had conversation with customer executive regarding placing the order for earlier refund amount.
I was shocked to hear such anti consumer policies adopted by Naaptol wherein I was informed that in order to use my cash voucher of Rs. 2999/- I need to buy a single product which must cost of Rs. 2999/- and no product of less than 2, 999/ or more than 2, 999/- can be purchased.
Pursuant to which I complained about the same and tried to get in contact over a phone call conversation several times with the company representatives, to understand the reason behind such illogical practice adopted by the company, who were rude and uninformed employees and paid no heed to my complaints regarding the refund or placing my order request.
Kindly note that I now hereby request for the refund of my entire amount of Rs. 2999/-.
This is to bring to your notice that they are conducting Unfair Trade Practices under Section 2 (1) (r) of the Consumer Protection Act.Consumer Protection Act gives consumers the right to refund agaist defective products.
Kindly note if my issue is not resolved within 7 days and if the full amount is not refunded, I reserve my right to file Civil/criminal proceeding against Naaptol for my losses, harassment and inconvenience seeking higher compensation with the legal costs.
