Naaptol — Defective product after paying Rs.300 delivery charges on product | |||
Client no: [protected] Order number: 17887462 Date of order: 6th Nov 2015 the present product was replaced for previously order product i.e gents shoes. It was returned because the quality was bad. The present product is 'five piece set of nonstick cookware set' Item no. 10104. Iw is packed in a simple cardboard box with no packing and on opening we found that all the handles of the utensils were broken and the utensils also dents. On contacting the company, we are being told to sent it back and that we will have to bear the courier charges. Already we have spent 300 rs on the delivery charges of the said product and we are expected to spent more for being sent a faulty product. We would not like to pay for sending the parcel back and we would like a refund of our money. the company is not ready to refund and this is our first deal with Naaptol and this is the third time we are returning the product.
