Naaptol — Inferior quality of product

I have ordered the stainless stell dinner set but when we recevied the product, we noticed that quality is cheap, some of items are damaged. But when we complained about this to Naptol, they are not ready to give money back, they are saying, we can return the product but we will give you voucher which is valied upto 6 month. But I want my money back.

I would suggest never go for online shopping & better we go to the shop for purchasing, we can check the items & also we have choice. Online shopping just making the full & this is time we have to learn from others experience.
