I ordered the product after seeing a TV commercial. The products arrived the day I ordered. Two of the lids were not fitting properly. And one steel dabba had a small crack. I called them and they asked me to mail the damaged products to their address at Delhi. What a pain! Naaptol should be more responsible. Send products after testing them properly. This is the second time I'mhaving a bad experience from Naaptol. Will never buy anything from Naaptol again. Was this information helpful? | |||||
