[Resolved]  Naaptol — negligence/ ill-behaviour

Hello,
I ordered two insect repellent from naaptol around 6 months back. However, these products were faulty. I demanded a replacement of those and handed over both the products. However, only one product was received back. I called and complained about it after 7 days as i was pretty much unwell during that period. I got a rude reply back that won't be helping me as the time-line is to complain back is max 48 hours.

I received the product on[protected]. But Order 2 set 6pcs, pay also 6 pcs but recived 3 pcs 1 set, 1set was missing in the parcel. I called them more than 10 times.
