I purchased order No. 17283240 Brother DCP-7060D 3-in-1 Mono Laser Multi-Function Centre with Automatic Double-sided Printing DCP-7060D Dt. 07 Oct 2015 Before placing the order, I called up customer care number to ensure that they have the product in stock and the support guy told me sir place the order we have printer in stock, if we would not have printer in stock you will not be able to place the order. Considering his words to be truth, I placed the order on your website and made the immidiate payment of Rs. 10, 348/-, wherein at the same time I was getting the same printer in 9, 800/- from Industry Buying and 10, 500/- from Ebay and Amazon Rs. 10, 200/- but I chose Naaptol this time and it was my biggest mistake. After placing order the date of Arrival was showing 16th Oct. 2015. but after 5 days it became 17th Oct. and every day it went on increasing 18th Oct., 19th Oct., 20th Oct., 21st, 22nd, 23rd, 24th, 25th, 26th & today morning as i opened my delivery details it again went to 27th Oct. 2015 now 28th, and today is 20th Oct. 2015. I am calling customer care daily from 12th Oct. 2015. and they keep on saying it will be despatched today and no information is provided further (this is really disgusting and very unprofessional) If I dont receive my tracking details which could be tracked online for delivery by today. I will post this entire matter on all social media walls facebook, twitter, whats app everywhere that you people take payments capture it and dont make deliveries. this is height of frustration that after buying the product we need to "BEG" you for delivery. I had to make the payment to my credit card account and even the surcharge for this deal. I am demanding my refund, now I dont want product from such a bad company website moreover they did not provide delivery on time 16th Oct.
