I purchased 15 pcs copper base cook & serve set + 5 pcs kitchen tools from naptol on 10/4/2018. When i received the product i didn't like the quality of the product and wanted to return the same. I raised a complaint no 32039087 on 10/4/2018 and escalated the matter to company representative[protected] and requested them to refund my money. Representative said that we will refund ur monry with in 3 to 4 working days.
Next day (11/4/2018) one of the representative called me and informed that the money can't be refunded instead they will provide a voucher which can be redeemed within a period of 6 months. I said that i am not interested in any of their products and requested for refund of money for which the company representative is not agreeable and disconnected the call abruptly.
I have purchased many products through other online portals where i didn't experienced this kind of treatment. Whenever i was not satisfied with the product i got my money back.
But naptol is the only company from where i experienced this kind of treatment.
Kindly look into the matter
