Naaptol Online Shopping — ADVERTISING AND SELLING SPURIOUS PRODUCTS WITH VERY POOR QUALITY OF SERVICE

Dear sir, i had purchased Mini Silai machine through Naaptol vide order no. 11863065 in the month of December 2014 as the Company is advertising it on TV channels on full swing. Since the purchase of machine we are not able to stitch with this machine, as the' threads of Bobbin and main thread is not at all locking. I had phoned to Naptol many times and instead of writing the complaint they tired to guide me to do this and that but it brought no solution. Company has no service centre available and the spare parts available. At last now I had asked them for refund vide complaint No. 9881540dated 09/05/2015 but I received call from [protected] that I should send the product for replacement / repair at my own expense and no refund could be made. As I am not satisfied with the quality and service of the product supplied by such a reputed company why should i at own my expense should send the product for repair. It is just harrassment by the company, I want the refund only.
