Well it was firstly our mistake that we ordered something from naaptol. We have heard very bad reviews but still for some reason we did the mistake of ordering.
The product they delivered was broken, so we lodged the first complaint. After a long waiting time, we were actually provided with a replacement.
But the replacement delivered was also broken. So we re-registered the complaint. I have called their customer supports innumerable times, every time i would get to hear a different solution to the problem.
But non of the solutions informed by them has ever take place.
Eventually i was asked whether i wanted a replacement or would i wish to get a gift voucher of the same amount to get any other product of my choice from naaptol.
It has been very long waiting for either to happen... A gift voucher or a replacement. Nothing has happened till now and no one is even slightly bothered.
Kindly help us out.
