I received my product on 5th September, 2016 and i used the chappati maker only on the 12 Sept, 2016 and was not happy at all with the outcome of the maker. The maker was sent very promptly but why are they not prompt about the return of it as i am not satisfied with the use of it.
I have called five times and your back office guys are not prompt at connecting with your technical team and keep you on hold for 45 minutes, i am a working woman and wasting my 3-4 hrs just having to repeat the same thing over and over again is not helping.Then i was told by your technical team that u would get in touch to take the product back in 48 hours and my account particulars would be taken and my amount returned.
Now today i am told by some Jiten Kumar that it is not possible for return of my money...WHY???? what do i do with the product ...if it does not serve Was this information helpful? |
