Naaptol Online Shopping — Damaged product | |||||
This has been my worst experience shopping online. The product ordered by me was taken by my servant. I returned home on Thursday and saw that the product was totally damaged and was of no use. I decided to complain on Friday morning which I did and the agent too said the company would arrange a pick up service and would exchange the product l or refund the product price. But the other day I revieved a call from an Agent named as POOJA TAMAR of Naaptol saying that the product won't be replaced and then again I called Naaptol to know the problem but the agent talking to me, Ended the phone in between of the talk as he was unanswerable to my questions. The product is just a waste to me and of NO USE. NAAPTOL ONLINE SHOPPING is a company which SHOULDN'T BE TRUSTED at all. Was this information helpful? | |||||
