My name is sudarshan sabat. My mobile no. is [protected]. I purchase a Mini silai Machine On 14 nov 2015. I got a reject piece and i complain to customer care same day and i told i dont want this piece i want my money back. they spoke to me very roudly and told me we are not giving any money back to any customer. I called so many time and my wife called so many times then they told me to contact aremax to collect the product first time i was not agree then i called there they told me they will collect the product within 4 days. last 15 days i am waiting nobody is collect the product. today called the custmer care ritesh spoke to me then mosin spoke to me i thing they dont know how to speak to a customer last 25 days i am waiting for solve this problem but no one is solve my problem. now tom. i called all the media person take complain against your company naaptol. and today i will complain all the places like consumer complain, mouth shut all the places complain.
