[Resolved] Naaptol Online Shopping — Defected Item Delivered and Improper response from costumer care | |||
Dear Sir, I am Chandrashekar SK, ordered (Order No.[protected] "Ultimate Sofa cum Bed" for the first time in your Naaptol shopping from home. Item got delivered on 29.11.2014 after paying Rs.3400.00 to the "Aramex" courier. With all excitement I have opened the item and as per instructions in the manual pumped air to the sofa. Within few minutes air started discharging at the backrest of the sofa. I was so depressed of the Item as it was defective. Immediately I called Customer care through no.[protected]. They said to pack up the item as it was earlier. I have packed the item and is kept ready on the same day. From next day on words till today I called so many times to the costumer care and Aramax courier for free pickup on no.[protected] and[protected]. They never came to pick up the Item. I am very very disappointed with your bad service. Though your company has got ISO 9001 certified, I am wondering how come this will happen to the new customer. I made a list of items to buy through your shopping online. But now I came to the conclusion that buying product online is very dangerous as nobody will take responsibility after delivering the product. Kindly do the needful at the earliest.
