I have ordered silk razai set from Naptol online shoping on 27.12.2015, the product recd. totally defactive & very low quality. I have registered complaint on 02.01.2016 to customer care by phone for returning or replace, after that i have called 7-8 times to complaints depatment Mumbai, every time every one answered that within 2 days your product will be collected from courier company & send you a new product. but today on 20.01.2016 no any positive responce from Naptol.
