Order no. 27480112, set o[censored]tensils 43 sets, product cost Rs 2398, received on 29 sept. it was defective .. i asked for refund now they are refusing. they are saying that company policy dont allow the refund. we can only give you voucher. this is disastrous because on 28 sept one of there agent said that if you will not satisty with our product we will refund you..what i can do now? can you help me?
