I purchased a Mini Silai Machine
from on line Naptol shopping on 26.08.2014 vide order no.10364241 but from the
beginning it is not giving proper stitching and on the reverse side of the
cloth it giving clumsy and messy stitching. When I contacted the Noptol Customer
Care, they told they had forwarded my complaint to their Technical section and
that they would contact me from 24 to 48 hrs. However, I don’t know how they
would resolve the problem. It would be better if Noptol also had some provision
to send its technician to rectify the problem on the spot specially incase of
electronic equipment, it is selling.
Secondly, on opening of the pack,
I found that one of the tools Needle Threader was missing and complained about
it vide complaint no.6986316. They told, it would be delivered to me in 5-7
days. However, today on 03.09.2014, some one (Rohan or Rahul) from Naptol Customer
Care and contacted to me and wanted to know what is this Needle Threader. He
told that the package mentioned about Bobbins, Spools of thread, Adopter, One
extra Needle and Foot Pad only. When I told that Needle threader was also
mentioned in it and its picture among the accessories is also given on the pack
and the Mannual, he told that the Mannual and the Pack were not with him right then
and I should tell him what is its function so that he can understand about
this. I told, I am myself knowing it for the first time from the Mannual and
probably it is to help threading the Needle. He told I can thread the Needle manually
and it is not required. When I insisted, very hesitatingly he agreed to send it to me. He
also indulged in a very uncalled for and irritating arguments with me over
this. I just want to point out that if this kind of attitude persists at Naptol
Customer Care, it would be really discouraging to opt for this mode of purchasing
and people are bound to loose the trust in Naptol. Instead of this being an
easier and convenient method of shopping, it would give un-necessary headache
to the customers. Will the Naptol look into the issue and address it positively,
please?
