Naaptol Online Shopping — Delivery of defective and old product | |||||
Date of incident:- 12 Feb 2016 client number:- [protected] order no.:[protected] I had ordered a tab on Naaptol Online Shopping on 7th Feb 2016. I got my product on 12th Feb 2016. But the product was not working properly. When tab was switched on, it automatically switched off. After that i tried so many times but i was not able to switch on the tab. So i complaint about that to the customer care of Naaptol Online Shopping company and they gave me assurance for free replacement of the tab. They took approximate 2 weeks to replace the tab. After replacement on 27th Feb 2016, they sent me defective and old tab, which is also not working properly. Even the tab is not supporting the sim card and there is plenty of scratches on the screen of the tab. Once again i complaint about the faulty tab to the customer care of Naaptol Online Shopping but they did not respond me well. Now they pick the phone and keep me on hold. So, now i want my money back. I am requesting for refund. Was this information helpful? | |||||
