Naaptol Online Shopping — Duplicate Delivery

First tried ordering over the phone and got disconnected. Meanwhile ordered online and paid with credit card. Then got a call back but advised that do not require anymore as already purchased online. However, received two identical products and the delivery person took away cash for delivery. Need refund for that and someone to pick up the duplicate product. Bought a lot of products from Naaptol never faced such problem. Your customer adviser was also very rude and felt insulted. Please refund as quickly as you can. Please find attached scanned details.
