[Resolved] Naaptol Online Shopping — Fake product

I bought the data wind calling tablet from naaptol. My order no is 24887506.
I followed the instructions in the user manual, and recharged the battery for 6 hours as per the instructions in the user manual. After 6 hours i found that the battery had not recharged at all.
In the user manual there are images that show how to connect, but the product has no such slots for connection.
I am appalled at the callousness ness of this "reputed" online shopping name naaptol.
I paid 3398 rs. For a product that does not work, i called the help line and they said they will not refund the money.

I lost a huge amount three thousand three hundred and ninety eight rupees
My hard earned money has gone!

I request the authorities to take action against this fraudulent naaptol shopping site.

Naaptol is another big scammer. i got back my money finally after much hard work and tension i thank this consumer court for this. thank you!

Updated by scher31 The naaptol cc called, said it would take a week just to take back the defective "data wind calling tablet".
I fail to understand how this shopping site naaptol can sell their product without quality check.

I have to wait a week for NAAPTOL to take the defective product back, but if naaptol does give a replacement, how do i ensure that it is not defective as the one they first sent?

I am totally helpless frustrated and furious, I got cheated by this fraudulent company now i am all stressed out my blood pressure shot up i had a panic attack, all because i, in all good faith bought this data wind calling tablet
I request the authorities to take strict measures against such a corrupt site, naaptol

Updated by scher31 The moot point here is that, even if naaptol replaces the defective data calling tablet, who will guarantee that even this one is not defective?

i am requesting the authorities to ensure that naaptol's technical staff should demonstrate to show if this product is genuine.

i am afraid, i will not be able to trust blindly anything naaptol gives me, therefore i request the consumer court authorities to make naaptol certify that the new data wind calling tablet is activated before hand so as to ensure it's authenticity
