Thn I again complained about the defect, the response was taken up after one month and the item was taken back. After taking back the item, they took another one month to respond about the same. Neigther item replacement nor cash refund was given to me. And instead they messaged me one coupon voucher for the same ammount and I can purchase any thing from thier web site for that ammount. I ordered one room heater for Rs 2698 and again when I tried to purchase another item for rest of the ammount web site denied. I rangup to call centre regarding, the voucher was only one time use. And now the voucher is invalid. But my compalaint is, it was Naaptols fault who sent me defective piece. I spent money to avail something, but my money was blocked for more than 2-3 months above all this now I am a looser of Rs 1699.
