I had placed an order (No.[protected] on 15.09.2014 for purchase of Electronic Roti Maker.The product was delivered on 17.09.2014 by ARAMEX (NPD via AWB [protected]) and an amount of Rs.2898/- was paid on that day Unfortunately the Product I received is in damaged condition. The indicator attachment is broken and the handle of the Roti maker is not in good condition. I immediately lodged a complaint on the same day i.e. on 17.09.2014 (Complaint No. 7130918). I was advised to call ARAMEX on[protected]A/c Code[protected] for free pick up. I have been contacting ARAMEX since 17.09.2014 for the pick up. ARAMEX given me booking numbers twice ( I 187 D8 E and I22FF81). However, the ARAMEX is yet to pick up the product, even after -8- days for the reasons best known to them. I have been contacting your office on [protected] every day but to no avail. I request the authorities concerned to resolve the problem at the earliest. I was just about to order this rotimaker and then i thought that why dont i should read its review first, and after knowing reality of this product and their costumer service, i m not buying it. I would rather prefer to go to local store, see the product and then buy a branded product.
