I had ordered saris from naaptol but the quality was terrible. Very poor quality cloth with smell that gave me a headache. I returned the product immediately. I called them for refund but they refused saying it is not policy. I have requested them many times but they threaten me saying do what you want. Even earlier i ordered rajai which was not of any use to me but i want my refund for the saris that were shown on tv to be of very good quality but what i got was very cheap quality low grade material. Product price 1699rs order no 38385583

Updated by Rajwinder kaur1000 The rajai was also not as per their claim. I refuse to accept cheap quality product. It is impossible for anyone to use such saris. Waste of my hard earned money. I should be paid for their harassment.

File a consumer case @ http://confonet.nic.in/default.htm. There are lot of complaint against Naaptol all over india. Naaptol fraudster founder Manu Agarwal 47 year old is a IIT guy, who sells basically road side platform quality products and brings to his studio & make a polished video with his brainless barking anchors.

Found on net, write email to all below guy to resolve your complaint. Use google translation for convert english to japan for all mitsui guys..
