I had purchased a "Video Recording Pen Camera" for Rs.2398/- from Naaptol Online Shopping vide Order ID[protected] during June 2016 while serving in the Indian Army at Jhansi. The same was returned on 13 June 2016 due to inferior quality and exorbitant price. The company was requested for refund in full but they insisted on providing refund voucher instead of refund in cash, just forcing me to purchase another product, against my will to buy anything from Naaptol. I have made several requests to their customer care representatives regarding my refund but in vain. Now, I have been retired from service and settled at Greater Noida. You are requested to direct the defaulter company to refund my money in full. I shall be highly obliged.
