I have brought one Mini Silai Machine, but it doesn't work, then I called to customer care, he told me to refund my product and I will get my Coupon Voucher worth my product price, after refunding I got the coupon no, Now when I was ordering a mobile my transaction failed, then I cancelled the order, when I am trying to reorder that mobile it says coupon invalid, then again I called to customer care he told within 24 hrs my problem will be solved and he will call me, but he didn't call. Again i am calling he is saying that my problem will be solved in 24 hrs and he will call me, but he didn't call. In this way I called him 5-6 times. But my problem didn't short out.
