I have order the silai machine from Naptol which was recd on 10 Aug 2016.
at the time of ordered naptol peson confirm that if we wish to reurn the product we can return it with in 2 days of delivery.
Now I want to return this product as its size is too small than shown on TV . I have spoke with Naptol customer care but they are responding positively and not ready to take back this machine.

please help me its totally wasting my money

Updated by Mayuri Prasad Redij I ordered Mini Silai sewing machine for Rs 1999/- plus delivery charges 399/- through Naaptol online shopping. From the day of delivery it is not working properly. The thread from the bobbin is not picked by the needle. how many times I contacted Naaptol everytime they will suggest somethings to do but that also wont work. I raised concern in Naaptol also and till now they have not resolved. I wasted total of 2398/- Rs. They are not ready to re-imburse the amount . . I am very much dissatisfied with this service. .
