Its very much shame of your company, that company is not able to refund the amount of Rs. 898/- of the customer and on top it all your executives are using the abuse language or hang up the customer call when they call for the status.
My wife calls your customer care everyday but still not received the feedback. We had order the product 05 Sep 2014 and being following up for the refund we receive the chq on 03 Oct 2014 but with spelling mistake and she is continually following up on the same.
On 15th Oct when she called on you customer care number your executive Mahesh Pandy has used the foul Lang with her. She is only following up for our money and every time your executives tell her will get the call beck in 24 hrs but till date no revert form past one month.
Once she receive the call on 14 oct 2014 afternoons form your backend team saying that they will transfer the money on 14th itself but still date no update. Is this the company ethics first you guys are not paying my money and top it insulting the customer I have written the mail on 19 sep 2014 requesting for the account transfer but still no revert on same
I need the update on same
