Naaptol Online Shopping — Product cancelled yet received and taken unknowingly

I have order for 8 sets of bed sheets which I cancelled on that particular itself because I kept of receiving calls from the naaptol and even they successfully cancelled my order but today they delivered the product even after cancelling and when I called them to return the product the customer care are firstly not helpful and rude and secondly I will receive naaptol voucher and not actual cash which I paid to delivery person

You guys are not being helpful at all. I got a call from customer service and they asked me for bank account number and ifsc code to refund the amount of 1999₹ which I provided via email and yet they are forcing me credit voucher.
It doesn’t make any sense you guys are ready to give me credit voucher against the exchange but when I ask you to deposit the amount to my bank you guys are like the product is up to the mark and all
Now I’m worried because you have my bank account number and still forcing me for credit voucher. And above all the your customer care executive even said that you guys are short of fund now like seriously!!
Please stop this and don’t force someone to make purchase from your site
Kindly deposit my amount to my bank account which I have provided via email on being asked by you guys
