2 prepaid orders to naaptol.com order id 17200442 & 17215120 date : 03 & 04 oct. 2015 product still not delivered on date 02.11.2015 (even after 1 month). i tried many time to contact customer care but they didn't response in positive way. they answered like foolish. some of them are written below : 1- we don't get your payment so why this happened. My ans : i make payment by prepaid method & i have mail & sms & bank details also for this you can't say this. 2- we delivered your product on 12.10.2015 but now we don't have any idea where is your product & we can't provide you any details. My ans : why you can't provide product details after 12.10.2015 ? why you don't have tracking system of courier ? who is responsible for the product delivery. naaptol or me (buyer) ? i think naaptol. so please deliver my product as soon as possible. yesterday i was asking about refund/ cancellation of order & the customer care executive says naaptol can't help me about this. i have to wait to wait for 2 more days as he says every time. or you (customer) can do anything possible from his side as like waiting, going to consumer forum or anything he want. by vishnu kant gupta [protected] jaunpur (uttar pradesh) pin 222002 Was this information helpful? | |||||
