I have purchased portable cooler through naaptol for rs. 600 including shipping. Code no. 7684 and order no. 60700687. Cooler isn't giving any air also item is not as per demo given on tv. I had talked to naaptol customer service for cancelling, return and money back however they denied it totally and saying only replacement is possible however product is just waste of money and nothing else. Product has been returned for more than 7 days and since this was a Cash on delivery payment but no one has yet reached out to confirm bank account details to refund the amount for the faulty product. They are taking a long time and not processing the money back process promptly. Kindly do it as soon as possible.
