[Resolved]  Naaptol Online Shopping — Refund for order of 7 premium sari set Order No[protected]

Bought 7 premium sari set (Order No[protected] on 14th October.they delivered it somewhere in Kolkata instead of mentioned address of city Bettiah, Bihar which was clearly mentioned at the time of purchase.In between while tracking my product Naaptol representatives misleaded me by telling it is in Delhi/Kolkata/Muzafferpur/Patna and reach to me safely next day whenever I asked. I raised the complaint in mail.Got reply today that it is delivered already somewhere in Kolkata.This is certainly a fake delivery. I find it a total fraud from the end of Naaptol/Aramex which is clear seeing the receipt attached.I no longer keep any expectation to receive product. I raise my issue to get refund of my money.
