My order id is 74988917. Bought on 10.1.21. It got automatically cancelled on 14.1.21. After repeated calls, they gave one excuse after another until I posted my complaint here and got a call from Naaptol saying it's because my area is not serviceable. He also said my refund will reach my account in 72 hrs. Now 7 days are over, no refund. Calling customer care is waste of time.
This was my first order that I booked on Naaptol. Now you have lost one customer because of your very poor customer services and coordination. Was this information helpful? |
