Naaptol Online Shopping — Refund not initiated

Hi, my order number is 10703032. I had cancelled the order as was not happy with the quality and the product was returned. I asked for the refund and not the vouchers. I have also provided the bank details to naaptol. But its been more than 3 months they have not taked any action. Could you please look into this issye? Regards, Ritesh
