I am writing this email on behalf of Parveen Yadav (Mob : [protected]) who ordered a product with order # 91628783 for Rs 2000. The products received are inferior in quality and the services from Naaptol are as always shambolic.
The product was ordered on 21st Dec '21 and the very next day on 22nd Dec return was raised. Till date I have received multiple return requests and every time I get a complaint number or been told that the technical team will call back who I believe don't even exist. I simply need a refund of my money as I don't really care about their crappy product which probably isn't even worth Rs 200.
The unqualified front line support people on the customer care sound so robotic and have no explanation. They disconnect calls on purpose, make excuses like the system has technical issues, wait for delivery boys or a call back which eventually doesn't happen. Supervisors are always on lunch or break.
I am forced to raise a complaint with the CEO of this company and raise complaints in all existing consumer complaint forums including twitter, FB.
