[Resolved] Naaptol Online Shopping — Refund not processed | |||
I placed an order with Naaptol(Order Number:[protected] on 12th October 2014 for this product http://www.naaptol.com/dress-material/silkbazar-embrodried-anarkali-georgette-semi-stiched-dress-mater...⇄ It was delivered on 20th October and found to be of low quality. So i requested them a refund for my product to which they agreed( Complaint Id: 7393503 ) . I was asked to keep the product ready for return pickup and assured that the product will be picked up within 48 hours. After that its been more than a month and i keep calling them after every few days to know the status but nothing has happened. Everytime they assure me that I have to wait for 48 hours and they will arrange the pickup. Was this information helpful? | |||
