Naaptol Online Shopping — Refund not received | |||||
I had placed an order of 2 blankets (Reference No[protected] worth Rs.1900 with naaptol.com. It was delivered to me on 3rd February 2015 but I returned it as it was different from the product shown in the advertisement and was of inferior quality. When I contacted their customer care for refund they refused to do so and generated a gift voucher instead, suggesting me to buy some other product from their website. But i dont want to buy anything from Naaptol.com. It is requested that my money be refunded. Was this information helpful? | |||||
