Naaptol Online Shopping — refunding of money after returning the damaged product | |||
I have purchased one product online . My product order no was 12170511. Product quality was very poor and also received in damage condition. I have placed the order no 20th December 2014 and material received on 17th oct 2012 and same day i have dispached back to Naaptol . I want the refund my money as earliest as possible .There is no responsible person to handle the customer query . I have sent a mail to 31st december .but no body revert to me for refund . I have very bad experience with Naaptol . I called them so many times but there is complaint raised but of no use.Kindly request to you please return my money and inform to me .
