My order reference no. is 14107961. I want to return my tablet because of several listed reasons: 1. It's battery backup is extremely poor;means there is a need to charge the battery within 45 minutes of every use and now the situation has become so worst that it has stopped even working. 2.The power on/off button seems to be inappropriate, it leads to hanging up of the tablet for hours. 3.I have been continuously calling your customer care no. for several times. They have also registered my complaint no.9634864, but only they do is to keep my call on hold telling that they are transferring my call to the technical department.At last after long awaited hold also no one listens to the complaint. I request you to kindly send some person by your side to take my tablet and REFUND the money as early as possible.
