My name is krishnamoorthy s, on 16 apr 2016 i have purchased a scottish club day & night vision glasses from the naaptol online shopping with order no : 21958223 with the price of rs799/-, they have delivered me a damaged product as well as they refusing to provide me the invoice for the purchase. Regarding this i have immediately (On the same day the delivery was made to me - 27 apr 2016) called the naaptol customer service number and placed a complaint and requested to replace the product with the newone. Their reply and response was very poor. I am not satisfied with the product and still the product was not replaced with the new one. Kindly help me and give me justice for this purchase.
