I ordered a solar emergency light. And it is received defective. I tried contacting right away via watsapp. I was told there is some technical issues. So I contacted one more time via whatsapp, the executive was not responsive at that time. I contacted them the third time, they asked why are u contacting very late. And then I was given a contact number. The person was very rude and was telling she can give me only a voucher for half the amount. I ordered for 500+100( delivery charge) . I either want my money back or I want a good working product. But giving half the amount voucher is not acceptable. What am supposed to do with the defective product.
I don't want to accept half the amount voucher for the defective product.because it's a loss for 300 from my end. I would want to return this defective product. I prefer returning the 600 rs to my account..And am not satisfied with the customer service people.They are being rude. Was this information helpful? |
