I have brought a tablet of SWIPE from naaptol which is not working a little, after we got the delivery, the next day it started getting swithched off after 2 to3 hours nd now it is totally off. When i was ordering it the dealer said that it can be exchanged if there is any problem in it but now when the problem happens the customer cares are saying that it can't be exchanged. Now i want my money back or exchange the tab and give me the good one, otherwise i can complain to the consumer forum. Was this information helpful? | |||
