Naaptol Online Shopping — Tailor machine (portable)

By seen a television Naaptol product promotion show, I did placed an order for a portable tailor machine to Naaptol in the month of May 2015. I got the product on June 2015 and made a payment of Rs. 1999 by cash to Naaptol representative. But Naaptol didn't given me any voucher for that, instead they sent a message stating product delivered to me. But the product what I received was not working. Hence I registered a complaint with Naaptol ( complaint no:[protected] various times. I have spent a lot of time and money to call them for getting my money back but Napptol was not ready to resolve my concern by refunding my money. I request kind intervention from Consumer complaint forum to get my money back. Please note the order number and complaint numbers w.r.t the case.
