[Resolved]  Naaptol Online Shopping — Wrong product sent

I have order looking at your TV advertisement that there is 50 colour mask where as I received the product with 5 colour.
I had clarify this before purchase that it will be multicultural same as shown in the TV advertise.

Had ask for return and now your executive are denying this. Neither they are supporting nor speaking in a supportive manner.
This looks like a false advertisement and a fraud with the consumer.
I need a return and need the same product which shown on the advertisement.

Also 2-3 mask are damage
