Purchase Utsav 1 Gram Gold Plated 13 Jewellery Set by tele-shopping on 1st March 2014, which was received defective & dusty (old one) on 4th March 2014. Also inform the same on 5th March 2014, Naaptol Team said that will send you replacement & arrange reverse pickup. So will call aramex courier for pickup on 6th March 2014 but aramex person is coming on 13th of March to collect pickup. So due to lot of delay and defective & old material. I want my refund.
