Nagar Nigam — I am complaining about the stray dogs

Dear sir/mam, I am resident of Zohra bagh Aligarh .I want to complain about the stray dogs who are harming people of the locality. In the night when anyone comes in the street all dogs start to bark and try to bite them I personally have issue that when I come from my office at night they all run behind me with the intention of biting me.Kindly send dog catcher for these dogs..otherwise the condition will be worst for us.. I shall be highly grateful for you.
