Nandan — Rash Driving by rickshaw driver..hit 2 wheeler.

Hi,

Rickshaw driver was driving rash was rude on the road..he tried to corner us and hit the vehicle mirror. We almost fell from the two wheeler because he was not allowing us to pass and tried to stop up from going forward. After asking why he was in a hurry he said he wanted to collect the kids from school. I doubt he had a licence and don't feel safe such people collecting children from school. He started blaming us for the mistake. I insisted to go to the police station but he was not ready and did not share his contact number.
