I am Venkata Rao Gummalla, I am staying in anekal, bangalore, karnataka for the past 10 months. In this area all shop holders are selling NANDINI MILK PRODUCTS at Rs 2 above MRP. for example 250ml curd packet MRP is Rs 10 but they are selling at Rs 12. Shopkeeper is selling the products more than the MRP prices and if I ask about the return change he use to "reply in harsh language and too rudely". Is that the way to treat for consumer.
