I bought 2.5 litres of milk from Nandini Shop in 16th Cross, 5th Main, M.C.Layout, Govindarajanagar, Vijayanagar, 560040 on 1st October, 2018, at around 8pm. 1.5 Liters(3 packets) got spoilt when we tried to boil it around 10pm, same day. When i complained about this to the shop keeper, he was rude to me and asked me to contact the customer care directly, as he was not responsible for the milk quality. He had provided me old stock of previous day and still was arguing & rude to me. Who will compensate me for the loss? Please take necessary action on the shop keeper Was this information helpful? |
