Nandini Milk — Salt Crystals in the bottom of the milk after heating

Hi,
Recently since 10 days my milk getting salty after heating the milk and cools down, no idea I can see some SALT CRYSTALS forming at the bottom of the tea/coffee vessel.

I am attaching the Nandini milk packet and the salt crystals formed at the bottom of the vessel.
