Naswiz Holidays — About package cancellation | |||||
I paid the the whole amount of 9770 rs. for buyin package. but few day's later i thought to cancel this package. then i decided to cancel may package. then one day i receive a confirmation call of naswiz holiday package, i clearly say in this call that, i am disagree and i dont want to purchase this package. then the lady on call tell me that your money recives in 30 days. but two days later i got sms of naswiz holiday. in this sms they send me "your package is confirm successfully etc." then i am going to wonder and talk to my seniors the say they are not responsible for that and you directly contact to company. i said ok. and today the bluedart's boys come with the invoice of NHPL in my address. then i am second time wonder. i didnt accept that package. then this packge goes return on 2/1/2017. my id is "kk88102". i only want to tell that, i cancel my package i want my refund. so please help me as early aspossible. ~mayur yewale Was this information helpful? | |||||

I had booked a package on Naswiz and then later my mood changed and wanted to cancel that. The moment I asked to cancel that they did it and also refunded the amount. This made me really happy and built a trust with the company.

My experience with Naswiz is totally good till date in every aspect. In terms of refunds and in processing the operational formalities these people are very professional. They take care of each and every part decently and professionally.
Mayur, Please email to the Naswiz and write them all the things. I believe that they will do something to resolve your query as soon as possible.
