I have purchased 2 bags worth rupee from one of outlet in Dombivali. Dealer did not stamp Warranty card and bill copy is misplaced from my side.
Now dealer does not have digital copy of bag. It is dealer responsibility to stamp Warranty card which he has not done .

I have submitted manufacturing information of both bag (sticker which was present in bag). Manufacturing date is clearly dated August 2017 in sticker which is not even 2 and half years from now and I have purchase bag in 2019 (No digital as well as bill copy to prove same)

Even if you consider date of manufacturing as date of purchase date, still it is only 2 and half year with in warranty of 5 years.

Can you please consider document submitted and live up to quality of product of Safari and replace bag, quality of which is under
